Questions
Is Health really free?
Yes, for up to two servers, with no card and no time limit. It reads and alerts; fixing, deploying and moving are on Pro and Agency.
Do I have to leave Ploi or Forge?
No. Hostio reads a server your panel set up without rewriting it, and it marks what that panel owns before it changes anything.
What does Hostio need on my server?
An SSH key for its team, limited to the control plane's addresses. The optional agent only sends metrics out; it changes nothing.
How do I upgrade?
From Billing in the panel: choose Pro or Agency, monthly or yearly, and pay through Talivio Pay. Downgrade or cancel there too.
